I took the tour to the Grand Canyon. We left Phoenix on time. The number of persons in the tour bus was just right--plenty of room to stretch out. I do not remember our tour guide's name, but she was friendly and knowledgeable. She had wonderful stories to tell and knew the history of the sites that we visited--Grand Canyon, Little Colorado River Canyon, Navaho Reservation, etc. She had plenty of bottled water and had no problem stopping for restroom and snack breaks. All in all a memorable trip and I plan to use the same service to go to Sedona.

The private balloon ride was great! We opted to work with the crew to setup the balloon before the flight, that made it even more special. The pilot made every effort to fly high and low as we requested to give us the greatest views. It was worth the extra money to make it personal experience. We saw others that arrived in a van with the balloon already to go and they just packed into the balloon. We rode with the crew, carrying the balloon, and got great pictures as we helped unpack and get the balloon inflated. Thanks Aerogelic!

The tour was as described with stopping points for pictures. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable of the area and accommodated guests requests and even had an unscheduled stop to view wildlife close to the road. Paul was very knowledgeable about the areas between Phoenix to the Grand Canyon which made the tour more interesting and worth the money. There was never a dull moment throughout the entire 13 hour trip.

The tour exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Paul, was so enthusiastic, informative, and oh, so, much fun. We enjoyed Paul, and his story telling, almost as much as the breath-taking views of Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Again, we had not known that the flight to get to the grand Canyon was 1&1/2 hours. Not a problem for us but it might be a problem for some people.

Grand Canyon is spectacular but arriving by plane is just breathless. The view is amazing; people who take the tour by bus do not have this experience that is marvelous. I really recommend taking this tour, all the staff is happy helping you and making your trip an unforgettable one

All the staff member's were so kind during all the process. The day of the tour, at lunch time at the Canyon, the guide suggested us to look the view while he reserve places for all of us at the tables

This was an excellent trip and we would recommend it as an very good way of seeing Sedona

this tour to sedona was worth every penny. it was convenient in that they picked you up at your hotel and got you to their airport. we were greeted with coffee and a nice breakfast that was unexpected but definitely appreciated. the staff at west winds was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. our pilot was equally as professional and courteous. sitting in a 6 seater cesna flying to sedona was amazing. and then boarding our helicopter to tour around sedona was even more breathtaking. the jeep tour was fun and informative. i only wish there was more time for shopping and eating. besides that, it was the most awesome experience and one that truly showed us sedona.

We felt having a shuttle ride to the airport from our hotel in Phoenix was a great idea. And it was! We were picked up as scheduled and dropped off at NWA on time, even though the driver had to make 2 other pick ups after ours. We would definitely do it again.

Just remember - with Super Shuttle - you get what you pay for.

The tour was an excellent and convenient way in which to visit Sonoma and the Grand Canyon within one day. Commentary of the tour guide was useful in understanding what we were seeing. The time spent at each location was just about right. The van provided a family-like atmosphere for the 10 travelers.

We had a wonderful first time fly fishing, had we caught fish, it would have been excellent

The guide was not sure where we were going to land the balloon which made us a little uneasy. He spent most of his time talking to the other employee on board We felt that maybe he should have pointed out things to us about the landscape and the area we were flying over. The ride was great over all.
